În lucrare sunt descrise rezultatele cercetărilor privind evaluarea resurselor de apă minime admisibile ale cursurilor de apă din Moldova calculate pentru asigurarea funcționării optime și protecției mediului înconjurător al peisajelor republicii. În cadrul cercetării, se propune metodologia și analiza determinării caracteristicilor probabile ale scurgerii anuale și minime efectuate în baza observații multianuale de încredere. Sunt stabilite legitățile de formare a resurselor de apă minime admisibile și se propun indicatori cantitativi ai scurgerii râurilor care să asigure starea ecologică normală a cursurilor de apă situate în limitele regiunilor peisagistice dar și din întreaga țară. 22 referinţe, 3 tabele, 5 figuri

In the article, there are described the results of studies on determination of minimum allowable water resources of the river systems of Moldova calculated with the aim of assurance of normal functioning and protection of environment of the republic landscapes. Within the research, there is proposed the methodology and analysis of determination of the probable characteristics of the annual and minimum runoff based on the most reliable long-term observations. The regularities of the minimum allowable water resources generation are established and quantitative indicators of river runoff are proposed that ensure the normal ecological state of the rivers within boundaries of landscape regions and whole country. 22 references, 3 tables, 5 figures.

В статье излагаются результанты исследований по определению минимально допустимых водных ресурсов речных систем Молдовы рассчитанных для обеспечения нормального функционирования и охраны окружающей среды ландшафтов республики. В рамках исследования, предлагаются методология и анализ определения обеспеченных характеристик годового и минимального стока на базе наиболее достоверных многолетних наблюдений. Установлены закономерности формирования минимально допустимых водных ресурсов и предлагаются количественные показатели стока рек, обеспечивающие нормальное экологическое состояние рек в границах ландшафтных регионов и в целом по стране. 22 ссылки, 3 таблицы, 5 рисунков
