Abstract:

În articol este argumentată necesitatea unei abordări individuale a structurii alimentației în conformitate cu somatotipurile constituționale. Autorii efectuează analiza comparativă a dinamicii spectrului aminoacizilor din sângele șobolanilor cu diferite somatotipuri sub influența structurii calorice a rației. În baza valorilor indicilor metabolismului azotat studiați, sunt propuse următoarele rații alimentare optime pentru fiecare somatotip: astenic – 11% proteine, normostenic – 16% proteine și hiperstenic – 22-25% proteine.

The article reveals the necessity of an individual approach to the structure nutrition for individuals with different somatotypes. The authors make a comparative analysis of the dynamics of the spectrum of blood amino acids in rats with different somatotypes under the influence of caloric structure of the diet. Based on the results of studied parameters of nitrogen metabolism, the best rations for feeding rats can be made: for the asthenic type diet with 11-12% protein, for the normosthenic type – diet with 16% protein, for the hypersthenic type – diet with 22-25% protein

В статье обосновывается необходимость индивидуального подхода к структуре питания с учетом соматотипа. Авторы делают сравнительный анализ динамики спектра аминокислот крови у крыс с различными соматотипами под влиянием калорийности структуры питания. Исходя из результатов исследованных показателей азотистого обмена, наиболее оптимальными рационами кормления крыс можно признать: для астенического типа – рацион с 11-12% белка, для нормостенического типа рацион – с 16% белка, для гиперстенического типа рацион с 22-25% белка.
