Rezumat:

Morphofunctional studies of gonads in sexually mature Rutilus rutilus heckeli females from different populations have been accomplished during the period of an annual cycle. Differences have been revealed in spawning periods and the duration of certain oocyte development phases in the fishes that inhabit under various ecological conditions. Degenerative changes in the oocyte development have been found in the final phase of trophoplasmatic growth at unstable water temperatures during the pre-spawning period in the females from the Dubasari reservoir. Destructions in the oocyte structure were observed during the period of intense vitellogenesis in the females of the lower Dniester.Проведены морфо-функциональные исследования гонад у половозрелых самок Rutilus rutilus heckeli разных популяций в период годового цикла. Установлены различия в сроках нереста и длительности прохождения отдельных фаз развития ооцитов у рыб, обитающих в разных экологических условиях. При нестабильной температуре воды в преднерестовый и нерестовый периоды, у самок в Дубэсарском водохранилище дегенеративные изменения в развитии ооцитов выявлены на завершающей фазе трофоплазматического роста. У самок в нижнем Днестре нарушения в структуре ооцитов наблюдаются в период интенсивного вителлогенеза.
