În vederea elucidării potențialului sanogen al propolisului, polenului și mierii ‒ produse apicole cel mai frecvent utilizate în scopuri curative, a fost investigată corelația dintre conținutul total al polifenolilor și activitatea antiradicalică a acestora. S-a stabilit că potențialul antioxidant al apiproduselor studiate în mare parte depinde de conținutul polifenolilor ce determină activitatea antiradicalică a acestora. Datele obținute ne permit să afirmăm despre posibilitatea utilizării direcționate a varietăților de apiproduse descrise în elaborarea de noi remedii sanogene cu conținut și proprietăți predeterminate și acțiune direcționată prin modelarea conținutului și proprietăților componentelor lor active.

In order to elucidate the sanogenic potential of propolis, pollen and honey – bee products most commonly used for curative purposes, the correlation between the total content of polyphenols and their antiradical activity was investigated. It was been established that the antioxidant potential of the studied bee products largely depends on the content of the polyphenols that determines their antiradical activity. The obtained results allows us to affirm about the possibility of targeted use of varieties of bee products in the elaboration of new sanogenic remedies with predetermined content and properties and directed action by modeling the content and properties of their active components.45 references, 3 tables, 5 figures.

Для выяснения саногенного потенциала, прополиса, пыльцы и меда – пчелиных продуктова, наиболее часто используемых для лечебных целей, была исследована корреляция между общим содержанием полифенолов и их антирадикальной активностью. Установлено, что антиоксидантный потенциал исследуемых продуктов во многом зависит от содержания полифенолов, определяющих их антирадикальную активность. Полученные нами данные позволяют подтвердить возможность целенаправленного использования разновидностей пчелиных продуктов, при разработке новых саногенных средств, с заданным содержанием и свойствами и направленным действием путем моделирования содержания и свойств их активных компонентов.
