В статье рассматриваются концепции и экспериментальные данные относительно преждевременной и возрастной диминуации жизненно важных систем, в том числе, и иммунной системы. Анализируется роль полипептидных гормонов тимуса и других гормональных и структуральных компонентов иммунной системы в период преждевременной диминуации организма. În articol sunt examinate conceptele şi datele experimentale referitor la diminuarea precoce şi de vârstă a funcţiilor sistemelor fi ziologice, inclusiv a sistemului imun. Este analizat rolul hormonilor polipeptizi ai timusului, precum şi al altor componente hormonale şi structurale ale sistemului imun în degradarea precoce a organismului. Cuvinte cheie: degradare precoce, diminuarea funcţiilor, sistemul imun, timus, limfocite B, limfocite T, immunoglobuline.Conceptions and experimental data on age-related and premature diminution of functions of the vital systems, including the immune system, are considered in the paper. The role of polypeptide hormones of the thymus and other hormonal and structural components of the immune system during premature diminution of the organism is analyzed.
