Rezumat:

În articol sunt analizate metodele contemporane de studiu a motilităţii tractului gastrointestinal la om şi se argumentează metoda electrogastroenterografică periferică ca cea mai adecvată, noninvazivă, prin intermediul căreia poate fi înregistrată activitatea electrică a stomacului şi intestinelor generată de undele lente ce se propagă la nivelul lor prin aplicarea electrozilor de suprafaţă poziţionaţi pe pielea abdominală sau a membrelor. Metoda nu are contraindicaţii, fiind prioritară şi mai informativă comparativ cu alte metode, permite aprecierea simultană şi integrală a funcţiei diferitor sectoare ale tractului gastrointestinal.The current methods of human gastrointestinal tract motility investigation have been analyzed in the paper and the peripheral electrogastroenterographic method has been argued as the most adequate, noninvasive one. Through this method, stomach and intestine electric activity generated by the slow waves which spread at their level can be registered by applying surface electrodes positioned on the abdominal or limb skin. This priority method has no contraindications, is more informative than other methods and allows simultaneous and integral assessment of the function of different parts of the gastrointestinal tract. В статье анализируются современные методы изучения двигательной активности желудочно-кишечного тракта у человека. Метод периферической электрогастро-энтерографии аргументируется как самый адекватный, неинвазивный, при помощи которого можно зарегистрировать электрическую активность желудка и кишечника, генерируемую медленными волнами, которые распространяются на уровне этих органов. Для этого применяются поверхностные электроды, размещенные на коже живота или конечностей. Метод не имеет противопоказаний, является приоритетным и информативным, позволяет комплексно и цельно определять функции разных участков желудочно-кишечного тракта. Библ. – 94, табл. – 1, рис. – 1.
