Rezumat:

În lucrare se examinează legităţile modificării profilului şi valorilor numerice ale aminoacizilor mediatori sanguini la bolnavii cu hipotiroidie. S-a stabilit, că schimbarea conţinutului aminoacizilor inhibitori şi excitatori în parte au caracter individual şi numai a glicinei este direcţionată ascendent la toţi bolnavii. Pentru pacienţii cu hipotiroidie este caracteristică predominarea sumei aminoacizilor inhibitori. Se propune ca indicator suplimentar al hipotiroidiei - sporirea valorii numerice a glicinei şi a sumei aminoacizilor inhibitori.This paper considers the regularities of the profile and numerical value changes of blood transmitter amino acids in patients with hypothyroidism. It has been established that the changing content of the inhibitory amino acids (IAA) and excitatory amino acids (EAA) have individual character and only glycine is directed upward in all the patients. The prevalence of the IAA amount is characteristic of the patients with hypothyroidism. Increased numerical value of glycine and total inhibitory amino acids are proposed as an additional indicator of hypothyroidism.В работе рассматриваются закономерности модификации профиля и числовых величин медиаторных аминокислот крови у больных с гипотиреозом. Было установлено, что изменения содержания тормозных и возбуждающих аминокислот в отдельности имеют индивидуальный характер и только глицина - у всех пациентов имеет восходящий характер. Характерным для больных с гипотиреозом является преобладание общего содержания тормозных аминокислот. Предлагается в качестве дополнительного индикатора гипотиреоза – повышенное содержание в крови, по сравнению с контролем, глицина и суммы тормозных аминокислот.
