Prin analize macro- şi microscopice a 272 izolate de fungi extrase din baza tulpinilor de grâu comun de toamnă cu semne de putregai de rădăcină, a fost stabilită componenţa complexului fungic care a produs maladia în condiţiile anului 2021. Spre deosebire de ultimii 15-20 de ani, în a. 2021 nu s-a constatat prezenţa fungului A. alternata, s-au înregistrat cu o frecvenţă mult mai înaltă F. avenaceum var. herbarum (11,4%) şi D. avenae (32,35%). Au fost identificate clustere de fungi cu similitudine înaltă în baza frecvenţei de înregistrare în spectrul agenţilor patogeni ai maladiei.

By macro- and microscopic analyzes of 272 fungal isolates extracted from the base of the winter common wheat stems with signs of root rot, it was established the composition of the fungal complex that produced the disease in the conditions of the 2021year. Unlike the last 15-20 years, in the 2021year the presence of the fungus A. alternata was not found and were recorded with a much higher frequency the F. avenaceum var. herbarum (11.4%), D. avenae (32.35%) species. Макро- и микроскопическими анализами 271 грибных изолятов, выделенных из основания стебля мягкой озимой пшеницы, был установлен видовой состав возбудителей болезни в условиях 2021 года. В отличие от последних 15-20 лет, в 2021 году не был обнаружен гриб A. alternata, тогда как с большей частотой встречаемости установлены F. avenaceum var. herbarum (11,4%) и D. avenae (32,35%). Были идентифицированы кластеры грибов с высокой схожестью относительно их частоты в комплексе возбудителей болезни.
