Articolul prezintă rezultatele investigațiilor privind influența factorilor ecologici asupra fitoplanctonului râului Prut în anul 2020. S-a constatat că dezvoltarea şi distribuţia spaţială a fitoplanctonului în r. Prut este influenţată de o gamă vastă de factori ecologici abiotici şi biotici care acționează în complex. În perioada de vegetație valorile efectivului fitoplanctonului au variat în limitele 0,59 – 18,8 mln.cel/l, iar ale biomasei între 0,84 -14,11 g/m3. Variațiile sezoniere ale valorilor producției primare a fitoplanctonului s-au încadrat în limitele 0,06-2,52 gO2/m-2/24h. S-a stabilit că prezența nutrienților în anumite concentrații în r. Prut influențează parametrii cantitativi ai fitoplanctonului, starea fiziologică a celulelor algelor și activitatea lor fotosintetică, influențând astfel direct sau indirect productivitatea acestora.

The results of investigations on the influence of ecological factors on the phytoplankton from the Prut River during 2020 are presented. It has been found that the spatial development and distribution of phytoplankton in the Prut River was influenced by a wide range of interacting abiotic and biotic ecological factors. During the growing season, the phytoplankton number ranged from 0.59 to 18.8 mln. cel/l, and biomass between 0.84 and 14.11 g/m3. Seasonal variations in primary production values of phytoplankton were within the limits of 0.06-2.52 gO2/m-2/24h. It has been established that the presence of nutrients in certain concentrations in the Prut River influences the quantitative parameters of phytoplankton, the physiological state of algae cells and their photosynthetic activity, thus directly or indirectly influencing their productivity.

В статье представлены результаты исследований влияния экологических факторов на фитопланктон реки Прут в 2020 году. Пространственное развитие и распределение фитопланктона в р. Прут находится под влиянием широкого спектра экологических абиотических и биотических факторов, действующих в комплексе. В течение вегетационного периода значения численности фитопланктона варьировали в пределах от 0,59 до 18,8 млн кл/л, а биомассы - от 0,84 до 14,11 г/м3. Сезонные колебания значений первичной продукции фитопланктона находились в пределах 0,06-2,52 г О2/м-2/24 ч. Установлено, что наличие питательных веществ в определенных концентрациях в р. Прут влияет на количественные параметры фитопланктона, физиологическое состояние клеток водорослей и их фотосинтетической активности, тем самым прямо или косвенно влияя на их продуктивность.
