Abstract:

The callus biomasses in vitro generated from the fruits and fruits in vivo of chokeberry A.Melanocarpa were assessed submicroscopiclly for the first time. Comparative submicroscopic investigations of pigmented biomass cells and the chokeberry pericarp cells were put in evidence complex of ultrastructural modifications, which represents an indicator of adaptability, vitality and reproductive capacity of biomass cells in vitro. The scheme of selective including of cell organelles involved in biosynthesis, traffic vector and phenolic potential accumulations was determinated. The work contains 1table, 10 electromicrographs and 37 bibliographic sources.Впервые была проведена субмикроскопическая оценка каллусных биомасс, полученных из плодов A.Melanocarpa и плодов In Vivo. Сравнительные субмикроскопические исследования клеток пигментированных биомасс и клеток околоплодника черноплодной рябины позволили выделить комплекс ультраструктурных изменений, который представляет показатель приспособляемости, жизнеспособности и способности размножения клеток биомасс In Vitro. Была определена схема избирательного включения органелл, участвующих в биосинтезе и вектор транслокации и накопления фенольного потенциальа в каллусных биомасс.
